How do I wash my Venos Pillow?
The reason for vacuum packaging is to ensure that the product remains in top condition during transportation. Vacuum packaging protects the product from dust, moisture and possible damage and ensures that it remains in the same freshness and quality until it arrives. This is part of the special care we take to provide our valued customers with the best possible product.

Does it really stop Snoring?
We can't guarantee that our pillow will solve everyone's snoring problem, but it's important to remember that snoring can be caused by many different factors. We have invested significant resources in the design of our Derila ergonomic memory foam pillow and have received feedback from thousands of customers that their snoring problems have been reduced or even completely solved
Our cushions are made from brand new materials that are specially manufactured so that new cushions do not need to be washed straight from the packaging. If you want to wash it, we ask you to follow the instructions below:
Washing the inner pillow insert : Secure the zipper with a safety pin to prevent the memory sponge from opening/spilling during washing. Wash in cold water on a delicate program. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Drying: Dry one cushion at a time. Dry the inner cushion on a low speed until it is completely dry before use. You may need to repeat this process several times and there may be differences depending on the washing machine and dryer.
